Not sure if this 'comment' is redundant or not given that i've also created a folder for these types of files but also redundancy might not be the worst idea to make sure we don't delete these files unless we're really sure we want to delete them?

(and i did briefly look through the other patch files -- I don't think any of those need to be moved into the intentional folder)

Bring this up to the rest of the team! I feel like the comment is necessary (for me) as the folder is new from this PR.
